About Liam QuinnOriginally from the Motherland (Ireland) started collecting tunes when i was v small and then got promoted to vinyl in mid teens...Love all musical genre's bar the obvious happy hardcore etc. my heart is firmly with SOUL music though and the rare black american music produced between the late 50's to the early 80's... Northern Soul being a huge passion and rare funk..heavily influenced by the mod scene also which spans Jazz Blues Psych garage acid jazz Indie... 6ts ska and Regggae..basically you name it i'll be able to pick something out of it i love!.. on the show you'll hear everything!! i do tend to keep coming back to RARE SOUL, but hey thats a good thing for you!!... Enjoy football, clothes, vinly, chocolate, tea and nice people oh and dancing!! ... Hope you enjoy the show, i take requests and would love to hear feedback about things n tunes.. i play currently in manchester as Resident at the Beat Boutique (2nd Friday monthly) and 45 Centred Soul @ Bar 57 (Northern Quarter, Last Friday) come down and dig... well thats me In Soul Liam Q Followers
